I placed an order from this on- line store, my credit card was charged immediately, not upon shipment, and I did not receive a confirmation of my order from the store. I have called the number listed and get immediately placed on hold for 5 minutes then is transferred into a voicemail. I have called for the past 2 days 5 times each day and have not spoken with a live person, nor have I had my voice mails returned. I have started a live chat on their website, only to receive automated responses, and I have emailed them as well with no response.

I contacted my Credit Card company immediately and filed a dispute based on the immediate charge on my card with no confirmation or communication from the company.
