Company claims to be a shop located in the United States in Michigan. After several emails sent to me about sales, I finally decided to give them a chance on one small item. However, after paying for said item I waited a couple of weeks to finally get a shipping notice. When the Christmas present did not arrive, I contacted them only to find out said purchase was coming from China of all places, and on top of that, the tracking was only valid on one Chinese run tracking website. After 2 months of going back and forth after filing a dispute, I still have no item and no money. This company claims to be a U.S. based outfit, but is in fact a Chinese company falsely claiming to be U.S. based. On top of that, even though they fail to deliver, they fail to refund and the consumer is left fighting disputes to get whatever they spent returned.
