I bought in your a preorder and she said usual turn around time is 4 weeks. I paid my invoice 4/11/21. She has had multiple complaints against her since my order, some are even filing lawsuits because they’re out thousands of dollars. She is refusing to refund anyone. She will not get back to me about my order for an update. She has posted on Facebook for people to request a refund through their bank.
