He claimed that I had won a photo package and then charge me $1,800 for mediocre photos. He was rude and it was very unprofessional and rushed. I felt scammed and now he says my parents owe him the money even though we thought I had won a sweepstakes. He has clearly made my senior year off to a unpleasant start.
