We ordered a 5 station trainer on 8/23/21. We never received the item. We were told that they would have an online store, which is a lie. Contact numbers are disconnected. No response with emails. Looked up their info with secretary of state and as of 1/28/22, the company has filed it CLOSED. Also called the City of San Diego - no record of being active. I'm just sorry we ever believed they would still have an online store. Now we have lost almost $8,000.

Ordered a set of kettlebells back in November. They left me in the dark with no update of ever receiving my item or status updates. Final after their shipping window had I passed I started emailing them. The emails were vague and short again leaving me in the dark. I finally told them I would like a refund and they don’t do that even though I’ve never received the item. They offered store credit. Store credit on another item I will never receive. So I told them I want a refund. After that they became unresponsive. No answer back of my emails or phone messages. Now I am left out to dry out of pocket and no item. Worst company

I purchased weights through this company 15 weeks ago. At the time of purchase after my payment went through I was notified there would be a 4-12 week delay, I immediately asked for a refund as that was not acceptable. They refused at the time of my purchase they did not have any postings about delays in receiving orders. 2 weeks after my order the website was updated with warnings about delays. They have refused to refund me and it has been 15 weeks. They haven't responded to multiple emails and calls. They have stolen 226.00 dollars and refused to refund.
