This company claimed on their website to sell Fingerlings toy monkeys. For those who don't have children, these are a hard to get item for Christmas. The website claimed that all orders would be shipped within 24 hours. I initially ordered these on 10/17/17 and paid roughly $20 for shipping. I received confirmation that the order was received and they were preparing it. Fast forward a month later, I still have not received my shipment. I emailed to get clarification on whether these were genuine Fingerlings and then was told that theirs are similar but not Fingerlings. When I pushed back and asked how they could have them as Fingerlings on their website, they updated the website and removed it. Of course, this is after I already dropped a hundred bucks on fake Fingerlings. I contacted customer service multiple times asking for a tracking number and they continue to say they are having delays with their courier and cannot provide me with one, but that it has already been shipped. Each time I contact them, they say my order will arrive within 7-10 days. Still nothing. Now if you go on their website, it looks nothing like it did a month ago. There is no mention of Fingerling, they are saying everything is "Sold Out" and there are some links that don't work anymore. They scammed me out of $100 and my sister as well since she bought some from their website. Thieves!
