Received this letter in the mail with no return address. It said FINAL NOTICE at the top. After reading it, it looked like a scam loan offer. At the bottom of the page it said “You can choose to stop receiving prescreened offers of credit from this and other companies by calling 1-800-5OPTOUT. I called the number and an automated message asks for your social security number.
