Scammer posed as victims friend on Facebook Messenger and mentioned that she should contact Ricky Fowler about a $60,000 Jackpot being given away by Federal Home Care. Scammer Phone: 604-343-5406, Email: [email protected]. Victim has filed a complaint with FTC and will also file a complaint with MoneyGram. Scammer told victim she had to pay $850 to receive the jackpot, which she sent. Then scammers said that she needed to send an additional $7,500 which she did not send.
