Was hired to work for a company that did packaging/shipping work. $2500 base pay monthly was agreed upon plus bonus ($50 per package). W-2 forms were filled out, highly personal information like social security number, address, etc., was shared with the fraudulent company's supposed HR team. After a month of working dashboard access was denied, all phone numbers and emails to the HR and supervisory team have been either changed, blocked, or no longer in service. An offer of employment by a company and an acceptance from an employee stands to be a valid contract. Unsure how many people are owed or have sued. I just want my due diligence and payment for work I have done.

They offered me a position as a quality control manager, I shipped several packages for them over a months time period and the day I was set to get paid they blocked me from when dashboard won’t return phone called or emails. I left my job for this position and they owe me 3,600 before taxes
