Saw several adds on Facebook for Women's Faith Shoppe Hoodie. I ordered 2 of them on 10/28/18. $69.90, plus $10.94 shipping. Received an email receipt. Then saw another add on Facebook the same day for a free shipping promo. Contacted the company via FB Messenger, and they responded immediately stating they issued a refund for the shipping, and I received an email stating such. To date, (12 days after placing my order) I've received 10 emails from them, only the first couple were about my order (confirmation/receipt and credit/refund confirmation). They charged my credit card the day of the order. And although they stated they did... they did NOT credit the shipping. I have not received the product I ordered, or any shipping notification. I contacted them via Facebook messenger and email, but have not heard back. They do not have an address or phone number listed anywhere. I contacted my credit card company today and disputed the charges.

I ordered a hoodie from the company . It never sent me a message on shipping . I never recieved the item
