I ordered the product on 12/16/2019, the Ad on Facebook stated that it would arrive before Christmas. It did not. I have tried to contact them several times with the email they provided on 1/1/2020 and 1/3/2020. I have gotten no response.

I have had the same problem. I ordered 2 drill benders on Dec. 17. Said it will be 5-14 business days. It is now Jan. 20 and still no items. I have emailed them 4 different times with 0 responses. I have asked for a refund at this point. I'm frustrated as well! It's funny, how there is no phone number to contact anyone! Ugh!

I ordered 3 Drill Benders for Christmas on December 14th. I immediately received a confirmation of my order with an order number. They processed my payment and I waited. I emailed them on 12/20, asking for an update on my order, explaining that these were Christmas gifts. No response. I emailed them again on Christmas and requested a refund...Again no response. I sent a 3rd email on December 30th, harsher this time, and again no response. I sent a 4th email on January 13th, insisting they refund my money immediately.
I'm at wits end as to what to do...

I ordered the drill Bender on December 1, 2019. They said please allow 2 weeks shipping during the holidays due to volume so I waited. I still haven't received a shipping notification by the 15th so I emailed to get an update. I was emailed back on the 18th with a shipping notice and the email said if I did not receive the item by Christmas to contact them for a refund. I contacted them on the 26th of December asking for a refund and was if ignored. I messaged them via their FB page and finally today January 2, 2020 they messaged me saying just use my tracking number. Tracking has not been updated since December 20th and appeared to have not left China yet. I told them if I did not receive my refund I will report them for fraud and file a charge back with my credit card company. I still haven't received a response, my item, or a refund.

Buyer BEWARE! Ordered drillbender December 1, It still has not arrived. Did recieve correspondence weeks ago after sending numerous inquiries. Was assured item would arrive by Christmas. Company no longer responding to emails. General consensus of many disgruntled customers who purchased through Facebook advertisements is that this is a scam. Company has been reported to Facebook, yet they are still allowed to advertise and take people's money. Upon searching reviews on the internet, one will find that this company has had these very poor business practices for quite some time now. Do your research before ordering. I wish that I had.

I ordered two products from the new business The Drill Bender, thinking my husband would really like the product. I ordered it a few weeks before Christmas, in hopes that it would get there right before, or right after. It wasn’t a problem if it would be right after. The problem started when, after Christmas, about a week or two, I emailed them asking them where my product was, because the website still said it wasn’t shipped. No response for a week. I emailed again, saying I needed a tracking number as soon as possible. They finally emailed back saying basically “Oh, we thought we emailed you, they’re on backorder” No problem, the product was in high demand for the holidays. So I simply asked for a refund as soon as they could. Since then I have sent 4 emails, each one getting more serious about the matter, and the final one letting them know I was contacting BBB. No one has emailed, no one has reached out. I have no product and out the money. I would really like my refund back at least. It would be nice to at least get one a of my products for free for all the waiting I’ve done. But I need the refund of $20 at least. [email protected]

We ordered 3 of the same product from this company 12/15/2018, The DrillBender Flexible Electric Multi-Bit Drill, Order #: 1301. When we ordered we were suppose to receive the products in 5-14 business days. We never recieved any information on the product other than an order confirmation when we ordered. It is now mid March and we still havent recieved the products. We have tried to get information from the company as to when we will recieve the products and/or recieve a refund but we can not get the company to ship the item or refund us. We want to receive our money back from this company since they are refusing to ship the products we ordered. I ordered the drill bender from the drill bender website back 12/21/2018. I never received shipping information or the product. I’ve reached out to the seller on multiple occasions – he’s responded a few times with excuses like saying there is a backlog, my product should be being shipped out ASAP, I should receive a tracking number in a few days, all of which has proven to be untrue. I demanded a refund and was told it would happen “in a few days“ but that was also a lie. I created a case with PayPal in hopes to get my money back. I have since found the Facebook of this “business “and see it flooded with comments from people who story is exactly like mine. No one has ever received a product from this man, and everyone seems to be in complete agreement that he is a fraud and scammer.The ideal outcome would be for every one who has lost money to the scammer to be refunded, and for this man to face charges for being a fraud. His website should be shut down and he should be monitored. I sincerely believe that this man is a fraud and has created a fake company. His website is very basic, the Facebook page is flooded with stories identical to mine. In addition to the generic help email on the website he also response from [email protected].

Website selling the drillbender. Nobody has received this product ordered around Christmas. They claim to have moved their company to China, promise tracking numbers, don't respond to emails or messages on their Facebook page. Yet their Facebook page is still up offering a product that apparently doesn't exist nor does their company. No address, no phone number, no response through emails.
