On Dec 6, 2023, I got a phone call from 833-252-7730 but I let it go to voicemail. On the voicemail the caller stated his name was Cody Williams and is an independent processor tasked with serving me legal documents attached to my name and social security number. He said he’ll make several attempts to gain my signature at my current residence or place of employment. Should he serve me the papers at my place of employment he would need a supervisor and head of security as witnesses. If he’s unable to reach me at either locations it’ll be documented as a direct refusal to comply and the court proceedings will continue without me. If I had any questions, concerns, or need to reschedule the servicing prior to his arrival I could call the filing office directly at 833-389-2447 and referenced a case number. He also said he would be out today, Dec 7, 2023 between 3pm-5pm to serve me the documents. I did call the number back with a blocked number and a woman answered. She said there was a complaint filed against me and referenced the case number. She also asked if I was the person they were looking for. I asked for the company name and she said The Dispute Resolution Center. I asked for another number and she said just call the same number. I hung up and tried calling back both number 833-389-2447 and 833-252-7730 multiple times yesterday and today and it goes to a voicemail. The 833-389-2447 number says the extension 109 is currently unavailable and to leave a voicemail. The other number’s voicemail says it’s Robert Adams and that he’s busy or on the other line and to leave name direct number and reference number and he would return the call. I never left any voicemails on either numbers.
