These people called me stating that they knew how to substantially decrease my student loan payments. They asked for $600.00 upfront; sent one request for loan reduction; took my money stating that there is a money back guarantee if I wasn't satisfied. Once I received a refusal letter from PEHA. I tried to get ahold of "The debt-free student" and their website had a telephone # that referred me to another website that was not active. Basically, they disappeared.
