I had been looking for a Devon Rex kitty and found one the seller was super nice and responsive
Cat was 700
Then I had citizen per shipper reach out to me saying the cat needed a thermal crate and it was $1500 and I will get 95% back reached out to seller said they have been doing this for years and I will get refunded .. like an [censored] I sent the money
The next day when my cat was suppose to arrive shipping company says I needs to send them an additional $2000
For pet insurance and immunization I told them absolutely not they told me they they will report me for animal abuse and abandonment haven’t heard from them since I have called 100 times no answer
Seller doesn’t answer either
I’ve sent numerous text and emails and nothing

Similar to the other complaint. I paid 700 for a kitten through this thief and then they wanted another $900 for the thermal crate, then $450 for immunizations and $1000 for insurance. Then they disappeared. Altogether I was out $2000. I will get them back!

I wanted to purchase a Devon Rex kitten for my daughter we paid the fee which included shipping then we’re told that we needed to rent a more appropriate crate which we refused to do and said that’s the responsibility the shipper which is citizens pet shipping confirmed the pet had been shipped from California to Las Vegas and included a tracking number which showed the cat in Las Vegas, The shipping company then asked for $800 for pet insurance to get the cat to Seattle and we refused to give them that money after already being out quite a bit and I have now not heard from the breeder or the shipping company.
