Karla seems like a nice lady. However; lies about knowing how to work with hair. I went to her mobile shop in Carlsbad NM as she goes to different towns in New Mexico and Texas to do hair. I first went to see if she could color my hair, I wanted highlights. I already had some and just needed a touch up and add more lights to my hair. To which she said she could do and we scheduled an appointment. Comes the day of the appointment and She started working on my hair. When she was done my hair was orange and blond. She doesn’t know what she is doing. It had spots and you could see the lines where she started coloring my hair. The lighting in her mobile shop is not that great so I couldn’t really tell until I got home. I requested a refund to which she stated she doesn’t do refunds. And nowhere in her mobile shop states that. Don’t go with this person. I now have to go pay a lot more to get my hair fixed. Also my scalp is very irritated and sensitive right now.
