I bought 3 backpacks from The Breton Company in 2018. I didn't receive the items and have been asking for a refund for months now. They had excuse after excuse saying that they had manufacturing problems and would be working on "eventually" refunding the money. It has been 3 years, no backpacks, no refund, no responding to emails, yet they keep sending marketing emails promoting their products with offers. Their website is still up and running, and to this day, they keep taking people's money. Their social media is bombarded with people in my same situation. Potential customers need to know about these unethical scammers, and the ScamPulse.com or someone should take down their website. I am trying to do everything I can to prevent others from getting scammed.
