My complaint is exactly as stated by other consumers regarding this company. I ordered a pouf online from this company and never received it despite e-mails, phone calls, etc. They have now disappeared. I read reviews online prior to placing an order online and the reviews were consistent. "It took a while to get but it was worth the wait because they are so beautifully hand made". So I waited. But nothing ever came. It's been 10 months now.

My concern though now is that another very similar company has surfaced and I now receive their ads on social media. Their new name is "We Love Poufs" [email protected] and welovepoufs.com It is the exact same product but the price has gone up nearly $30.00 from $49.99 to $79.98. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!

I tried going to their website and it cannot be reached so perhaps they've already been shut down. Just this week I received an e-mail from them selling their poufs though.
