I never received delivery information for my order as I placed an order for flowers on Jan 3rd on Jan 9th I tried contacting the business via phone, no one answered. I then reached via Instagram and someone has messaged back and fourth pretending to have issued me a refund however it is not Jan 16th and I’ve yet to received a refund notice via email or from my pay pal account that was used to place the order.
