I am writing this for a friend who purchased a bird for her daughter for Christmas and never received the bird. She had multiple contacts with the seller and the seller even sent her pictures of the bird in a travel carrier ready to leave and fly to the buyer's airport. She used Zelle to pay them $700.00 for the bird and got nothing in return. The seller will no longer answer texts, emails, or phone calls from the buyer. This is a SCAM! Do not purchase anything from them.
