I ordered 6 items online. 4 items arrived and they were the incorrect size. I messaged with customer service and they said they would send the correct sizes. They then sent me the same 4 incorrect sizes. I messaged customer service and they offered a 50% refund but I replied saying I wanted a refund for all the incorrect items which was greater than 50%. I haven’t heard back again and have emailed 5 times asking for a refund.

I purchased a sweater and t-shirt from this company before finding out that there were numerous complaints about them not sending product, sending fake tracking numbers etc. I was also unknowingly charged in US dollars when I was under the impression the currency was CAN dollars. I reached out to the company about canceling my order and was told no. I reached out several more times with complaints and they stopped returning my emails. I am still waiting for the purchased products that I am likely not going to receive.

First, they are based in China but pretend to be based in USA.

Second, there is no proof that they do anything for the bees.

Third, they send you a false tracking number and they never send your order. What they do is send you a link with unclear information, and the tracking says the package was delivered but you received nothing at all.

Saw this online retailer on Instagram. Cute T-shirts and sweatshirts. Items never received. Implication is that purchase helps save the bees. Continued to get emails from them trying to get me to order more from them, made me suspicious. On closer look, they did not send any shipping info, no address or contact information on their web page.

I should have known this was a scam after looking at the URL, but I saw the advertisement on Facebook and thought the products were a cute gift idea for my fellow nature lovers. About a week after I place the order, I received a tracking number from a Chinese shipping company indicating that a label had been created and was ready for drop off somewhere in China, even though the business address is listed in Florida. After two months, I still haven't received my items. I've emailed customer service and received responses that they are experiencing delays but to expect my items to be shipped shortly. After looking at it more in depth, there seem to be more businesses utilizing this same address and can also be found on this site.

I placed an order from them for a bee sweatshirt and a t-shirt on January 30th and have not received an email stating when the order was being shipped or any other information as why I have not received my order. I have sent several emails inquiring but have not had a response.

The Bee Protectors ad popped up on Facebook and I love bees and their products looked good. I clicked on it and was told a discount code would be sent to my email - in the meantime, I placed an order and tried to enter the discount code, but it was not accepted. The order was in on 12/30/20 with a promise of delivery 7-10 days. At that time, I did not know it was coming from China. They provided a tracking code, which did not work on USPS. I figured out through some digging that it was coming from China. My order arrived on 1/21/21. As soon as I opened the package, which came from LEE in New Jersey, the very strange and pungent odor of the t-shirt alarmed me. Also, the sweatshirt is more like a long-sleeved t-shirt. I sent a contact form to them within the hour requesting a return/refund of the product. No response. Everytime I send a follow-up contact request, I receive a nice note saying it has been turned over to their refund department, but no response from that department. I do not feel this is a legitimate business supporting the bees. I just want my 49.98 refunded. I certainly do not recommend ordering from them.

Don’t buy anything from them, they are not an American business, the product comes from China.

They promise it will be there within 2 to 3 days, and when you question them they say they are out at their local warehouse and it had to come from overseas. $35 later, it doesn’t fit, because that’s what occurs with Chinese products. 3X will probably fit a person who wears large.

You have 30 days they ship to return the item, but it takes almost that for you to get the item, and I’m not sending it back, because I’m really sure I won’t get any money back and then I’ll be out the product too, Which I will have to give to somebody that it fits anyway

I repeat, not an American business, But they lead you to believe it is because they have a Florida business address

After seeing info on Facebook I googled them and found their website which I thought was legitimate and I am always willing to help the environment. However, there does not seem to be phone number but there is an address and I cannot seem to reach them. After placing my order I received shipping info indicating item would be shipped by yanwen. if the company is in Florida why is my item coming by way of china. Any information would be helpful. I checked them on Facebook and one woman said they are not legit and scammers. Just need some actual answers. thank you for your help. Payment for item has been taken out of my account already but I have not received my item.
