I purchased a package from the owner Brielle M*** from her company The Beaute Loft. After waiting and not receiving my package I contacted her through email and she reassured me that she contacted the post office; the post office lost it and that she had insurance. She said she would send out another package Friday morning which would take 1-2 days to arrive at my home. I waited again and never received anything. I contacted her through email again (2x) and did not get a response. I went through her company to get to her Facebook and contacted her. She did not respond but was active on her social network. I want my money back! I think it is very unfair for what she is doing.
