I placed an order on 3/25/2023. The option was given to pay with affirm. ( installments in 4 equal payments.) The order was seasonal, but at the time of purchase, was in season. I tried multiple times by email and phone to contact. Everything was automated, and no chance to leave messages.

Appears to be a legitimate website that shows up easily when candy or catering requests are searched through internet. Attempted to buy lower priced candy for kids, as we all go searching on internet for best prices. The Bare pantry comes up and offers a huge selection of catered foods, candies, that are claimed to be shipped. I placed order 4/3. Money was taken and charged from my bank account on 4/3. Attempted to use their email on 2 attempts and “ waited for their 24- hour response”, ending in- NO response. Have called phone number at different days/times. No answer and way to leave message. Have contacted my bank to issue new card/ number. Also! There are no options to cancel an “ order”. Do not order from this place.

Placed an order on 03/14/23. After a couple of weeks, I emailed them about my order. Got a generic response. I've called them 9 times and have e-mailed 3 times. Nothing. It shows my item has shipped for the last 6 weeks, but no tracking number. When you ship something via UPS, you automatically get a tracking number. Don't waste your time ordering from them. They had no problem taking my money within the first 24 hours of order, but nothing since. No one answers the phone and when you leave a voice mail, it never gets answered. It IS a fraud.

This establishment allowed me to place an order via their website since Mar 5 2023 and until this day May 8 2023 I have not received a tracking order for the shipment nor the shipment itself from the company. This is despite multiple emails and attempts to contact the business. It is a fraud, they just took my money.
