January 2023 I found a posting online for an apartment available at Atwood of Eden Prairie. I paid $250 to apply. The next day my application was cancelled so I called to ask why. They returned my call, left a voicemail stating the unit was no longer available, they had accidently still had the post up. When I called back and asked for a refund, they did not call me back. so I emailed. then I filed a claim with Wells Fargo but they dismissed my claim.
