had a voicemail stating that we owed money from 2015 for advertisement. we never signed up with this company for advertisement. asked them to fax me all the invoices that were sent to me for payment and her response was they are not going to send you 15 different invoices the one I am sending you is enough. she got very frustrated on the phone with me and replied that it was just going to go to court where I would be responsible for 4,000 in payment. when I asked her for the attorneys name she said there were for of them. I asked for all there names and phone numbers. she said they were not going to deal with talking to me they just take if up in court. I asked again and she responded do you speak English I said you will see them in court!

on 3/7/2018 an electronic check was posted to my account in the amount of $99.00 with the notation "by 411 LISTINGS as authorized by signatory for "my company's Name". This was not authorized by myself nor did any employee have authorization to approve this charge. I have contacted my bank regarding this and am waiting to hear what can be done. This follows a previous Yellow Pages scam which I fell victim to and paid with a check. My feeling is it is the same organization utilizing a new name/account to defraud me of money.

I have challenged this charge with my bank, but have not gotten the charge reversed at this time.

Called and asked to verify our address and claimed that we set up an online listing 2013-2015 and were calling to see if we wanted to renew for 2016. We told then that we needed to see an invoice before we make any payments. Emailed us an invoice which looks a little sketchy. It states that the search engine (2yr), local merchant ad placement and paperback listing update is FREE. Then under says Total of Services $1199.95. Taxes/Fees brought it to $1706.25

Week of June 20, 2016, Judy @ Musgrave Ortho received telephone call from Kaitlyn James, The 411 Listings. Ms. James stated Musgrave Ortho owed $1782.56 and wanted the amount taken from Musgrave Ortho's checking account. Ms. James wanted the checking account information for Musgrave Ortho. Judy stated she was busy and could not talk at that time and that that they would have to call back. Ms. James started calling Musgrave Ortho daily and threatened a lawsuit. Judy stated that she would need to talk to an attorney, hoping to scare The 411 Listings away. In the meantime, Ms. James faxed Musgrave Ortho an invoice in the amount of $1,782.56. At this time, Musgrave Ortho has not sent any money.
