I listed an item for sale on the app Wallapop, and a person contacted me to buy. She asked to communicate via email instead of the site, then she said her mom was sick and she couldn't pick up the item in person. She asked me to email her the amount I wanted for the item, phone number and address. Then she texted me saying she sent me a check for $60 more than the amount I wanted and asked me to wire the extra money to the mover coming to pick up the item. I told her to stop contacting me, and she keeps emailing and texting me saying I cashed the check and need to wire funds.
