On my computer. Screen froze up with a BSOD (black screen of death). A message in the GUISE of my cable/internet provider came on screen saying to not do anything. Call a phone number for tech support which I did. They were able to take control of my computer and installed a "Adware Removal Tool by TSA" on my computer for $200 and had control of computer for 2 hours. I became very suspicious and went to my bank. Changed all of my accounts, reported this company to my bank for fraud. In two days company did give me back my money. Company called me to tell me they would credit my account. When I asked "how did you originally get to my computer"? Response was "just relax you'll get your money back". This company uses fraudulent practices as a way to gain access to computers.
