Supposed owner offered to take a lower price for a puppy, however when it came time to put a deposit down, they would not use a reputable site like paypal for buyer protection. they kept pushing for zelle or cashapp payments with not guarantee of seeing the dog. Tried calling the phone number listed on the website asking for photos and facetime to guarantee the dog was true and they were short and hung up one, then proceeded to block me on instagram after I kept requesting facetime to see the dog and would not make a payment with out using paypal for goods and services.
