The scammer sent an email for me to fill out a review on Costco services. For this the scammer offered a free EarPods and pay shipping and handling only for $4.95. I obliged and gave my credit card for the shipping charges. The merchandise came in but my credit card was charged for the $4.95 shipping and $99.95 for the merchandise. I am having a very difficult time with Citibank trying to reverse this unauthorized charge and I am now trying to contact the merchant to return this product I did not order
