I ordered a book almost three weeks ago from this company, and haven't received it yet. When I emailed them asking for a tracking number (since one wasn't provided in the shipping confirmation email), they said they didn't have one for my package. I then asked for a full refund due to the fact that the book was at least a week late, and I had no idea when it would be arriving. They originally said they would refund my PayPal account (which I didn't use to purchase the item, I used a credit card), but when I gave them my PayPal email address they then said they would send an expedited copy of the book, where I already told them I didn't want it. I'm currently trying to dispute the charges through my credit card company, but looking at past complaints of this company it's obvious that they're a scam.
