I found this property on social media and it said text only. After making contact he wanted a $50 application fee per tenant moving in. Would not answer calls and assured me that applications would be approved after I shared my concern that it might be a scam. Upon passing on the property he then used profanity and said I could trust him because he is a man of God. Kept texting saying other people were interested as if to still try and get me to cashapp the money for the applications.
