I have information from paying an investigator the person taking PayPal money is in Victoria Texas and isn't a company it's a woman. Working on getting the home address and then we will see how 🤔 it all turns out

Texas boot brand is a scam

Placed an order back in January and waited the 40 business days but no boots wver shipped on day 60 or there abouts I attempted contacting them through every means possible with no response. If you leave a comment on there instagram page or Facebook adds asking for an update its almost instantly removed with no response.

Its sad that there's people out there thats some purpose is to rip people off but thats exactly what is happening here.

I was contacted buy several people on Instagram and Facebook who seen my comments before they where deleted who had tge same experience

I ordered the boots on Dec 4th 2021. It is March 18th 2022 and I still haven’t received my boots! I’ve asked for updates and when will I receive my order to which I have gotten very ugly replies via text. I’ve tried calling, emailing and texting them. Only reply is via text to which they claim to not run their customer service via text. BUT I can not reach them any other way. I’ve cancelled my order and still no reply on my refund! I’m furious!

I purchased a pair of boots from Texas Boot Brand they were quick to respond and send a order confirmation number then told me as is on their website orders are mostly custom made and will take up to 40 days to ship. 40 days have come and gone, I was being patient due to Covid and we all know people are having supply chain issues. But at 60 days I sent emails which were never answered and called the phone number provided only to get a recording that they were not taking calls at this time,now it’s been over 70 days and still no correspondence and they still are not taking calls at this time.

Horrible Customer Service and Company

I ordered a pair of boots from Texas Boot Brand on January 5th. The confirmation email states that it could take up to 40 days to receive the boots. After 42 days I messaged them on Instagram asking what was taking so long and they told me that it could take up to 40 days...even though it had been past that. I have been trying to get in contact with them via text, calls, Facebook, and Instagram and I cannot get anything. After making comments on their posts on FB and Instagram, they blocked me on all forms of social media. I have tried 3 different times to fill out the refund form on their website...nothing. After filing a complaint with The Attorney General and Federal Trade Commission, I sent a text to the number on their Instagram telling him that I did and that I want my money back. His response was "We are behind you can wait or you can cancel your order on our website! [censored]." This has to be the worst customer service in the world. I have included pictures. (Sorry for my response to the [censored] comment.)

Do not buy from this company. They sent us the wrong pair of boots so we sent them back to get the right pair. Months later we had to contact them to see what was taking so long. They then told us that they don’t make half sizes, but their website lets you choose half sizes. My husband requested a refund of his $300 and all contact was shut off from there. They have blocked us on all social media, won’t respond to calls, emails, etc.

Currently having the same issue with them. They were quick to respond the first time we wanted to purchase the boots but as soon as we sent back the boots they stopped replying. It’s been 3 months without hearing back from them even though I’ve sent multiple emails, messages on social media and even called. I’m out $300 as well. Horrible company!
