Unable to find out why money was taken from my account

I noticed a transaction on my debit card account of $22.76. when I looked up the website of Tewntd.com and it contains no real information on who they are. When you click on unsubscribe it basically asks for your credit card number, which is very suspicious. It appears they take small amounts that people may not notice being deducted from their account

I was checking my bank account the other day and noticed a charge I didn't recognize so I went to the site that the transaction was labeled with. I didn't recognize the site and was unsure what exactly I was being charged for so I tried to speak with someone to get a better explanation. They kept telling me that they only handled the billing aspect and are unable to go into any more detail than that. At this point I've had about 3 red flags, including that they won't even tell me what they're charging me for and I can't find any other information on these people. I'm positive they're a scam just based on their website.
