I ordered a 9 foot prelit tree it was suppose to be coming from Illinois and I was told them it was coming from china then I was told it would take 1-3 weeks to get here and they sent a tracking number well they sent me a pack of toothbrushes and wants me to send them back but won't say anything about my tree or my money back . I want what I paid for I shouldn't have to send anything back to them it wasn't my fault they messed up still yet toothbrushes don't cost 60.00 please help me I live on disability and my family won't have a tree or Christmas this year

I bought two 6ft Christmas Trees for $70.00 and I was sent 2 packs of toothbrushes. This company is a complete scam selling holiday items. They send you a tracking number, the email states what I bought... but the package they sent was toothbrushes not Christmas Trees. Buyer Beware!
