I ordered a boat transporter for $50. Eventually I got some socks from China. They said the resent it, but never did. No I am way past the point of disputing with the CC company. I was giving them the benefit of the doubt due to supply chain issues. But now they won't respond to emails or anything.

I ordered a Rubbermaid 7X7 feet Resin outdoor garden tool storage shed with accessories in October 2021. In January 2022 I received a cheap sun protection jacket worth about $2.00 from China. You never are given the name of the person you are dealing with from Teszia. I informed them as to what took place and was informed by email it was a mistake and that was not the item, they ordered for me. I explained that their ordering number was on the package was the same as the one they used from PayPal. This has happened to others it a bait and switch. PayPal issued my refund and told me that this was a guest on their site and they can issue receipts and look professional. The refund from PayPal came from a Chinese company not teszia. Who really owns this website? This company will never send you the item you order only something that is cheap and worthless. Just check the internet. They need to be stopped from doing business on the internet. After everything was done and acknowledge the wrong item was sent even though it had their order number they wanted to know if I wanted them to re-order my item at no additional cost. Do they think were stupid? I hope this gets out there and their shut down.

I ordered a Zika adult tricycle 7speed 24/26” with large shopping basket on November 27th 2020.
It’s been five months now and every Teszia sight blanks out so I can’t even inquire where it is or why it’s not been delivered or to request my money back.
I want the bike but if not I’d like to know how I can possibly get my money back.

I ordered a mountain bike for $66.99 , it took two months to a get my order and I received a scarf instead. Phone number doesn’t work, the address shows a street corner, they are totally scam.
