Selected an arrangement. They called and said they did not have it. I picked another. What they sent did NOT look like what was on the website. of the $75, they refunded $13. :-(

They keep telling me they can’t deliver my order, and I keep asking to speak to a manager and they give me the runaround.

This is a complete scam. their website looks very credible and they have paid for Google Ads that they are targeting for certain areas. I called and ordered the flowers that were to be delivered by noon. ( never delivered) Then call back at 4:30 pm, only to be put on hold for 45 min. I searched a bit more and found some reviews of users that have had the same experience. I then called my bank to stop the payment but it was too late. So I now, have to get a new debit card. They also have a social media presence making them look reputable.

I ordered flowers for a funeral in Snyder, Tx. for delivery Monday 1/9. After the service, my flowers were not found, or the next days service. I emailed and said I wanted my money back. Today, 1/12 I got a phone call from out of state that said my order for TODAY could not be placed and the order was cancelled. No money lost, but they got my bank info and email. This is a web scam and has been reported (I find after the fact) on Facebook. The phone numbers are from all over. Scammers.

I searched, "florist in Lexington, SC" to get flowers after my daughter-in-law's grandfather had passed. I wanted to support a local business and hoped it would ensure a quick delivery. The website appears to be a local small business and offered free same day delivery if submitted by 2:00pm. I placed my order at 8:24am PDT. That afternoon I received a text and a phone call that they were unable to deliver it that day and that would I be OK with a substitution of the blue vase (which added $10 to the bill). The person I spoke with guaranteed that the order would be delivered by noon the next day and would have the blue vase. The next day at about 12:30 an arrangement arrived that in no way looked like what I ordered. My son sent me a picture of it and based on the card, it was sent by another florist (Floral Elegance by Jourdain of Columbia, SC). I tried to reach someone by phone to no avail. I sent a message via their Facebook page and was told my order had yet to be delivered. They asked that I send a picture of what was delivered and I did. I then asked if mine was on it's way and that I would be driving for the next hour and would not have access to Facebook and that they should call me. While driving I called again and just waited as it rang, and after about 10 minutes, someone answered. That person said that my order had yet to be delivered. After that my wife called to tell me that the person handling the Facebook messages said that my order was delivered and it was handled by a "local affiliate." Well, Columbia, SC is 30 minutes from Lexington, SC which is why I chose a Lexington florist. The flowers were azaleas and something else in a clear vase and what I ordered had while lilies, roses, blue flowers and was in a cobalt blue vase. There is no way they were comparable in value. (pictures attached) Also, the delivery was supposed to be free yet they charge a $15.99 "service fee" which they explained was a fee to insure the flowers stay fresh during delivery. So, it's a delivery fee. I called the number again and after waiting another 10 minutes a different person picked up. Obviously, the phone is being answered by a service center and not a person in Lexington, SC. This person pretended to not know anything about my order but in conversation, asked me to send the picture of the delivery that my son took. I never told him that my son took a picture, that was in the Facebook messages. So in short, it is a scam making you think you are supporting a local business when you are not. The arrangements on the website are not the product they deliver. They do not deliver "same day" as advertised. I asked for a full refund or to deliver what I asked. They offered to credit me $10.00 for any inconvenience. After review of the pictures, they said that they were within their "policy" to make substitutions even though their employee told me over the phone that there would be no substitutions. And finally, their customer service could not keep their story straight between the phone service center and the Facebook messenger. Had I to do it again, I would just use proflowers or 1800flowers, but I was trying to support a local business.

I cannot confirm if this company is inside the US or not but they have a drop mail address in Las Vegas, NV. I claim that I am out about $40 since I paid $80 for something that was worth about $40.

Ordered flowers online, received two phone calls about a delay due to supply and chain issues. Received two text messages of the same flowers were delivered a day late looking like this

I asked the florist if they were local and they said yes and provided me with an address that sounded legitimate for the town I grew up in. I ordered the flowers for next day delivery. They called the day of delivery and said they had a supply issue that was preventing them from delivering. When I questioned why they hadn’t known about a supply issue the day before they changed their story saying they didn’t have a driver for that day. When I asked if they could deliver a day late then, they said they don’t deliver to that area. The phone number they were calling from was an east coast number when the flower delivery was on the west coast. They are not legitimate!
