I received a message from Messenger saying I was eligible to win money. The mans name is Terry Miller with Workers Compensation Appeal Board. He ask my name to see if I was in their database and, of course I was. He said I could win up to $150,000. All I had to do was pay a clearing fee of $500. $300 clearing fee and $200 fee that FedEx was charging delivery of money. I declined to participate but he keeps messaging me. Also, he is using a persons name that has already won money to message me that way t is a legit program.
