**********" knocked on my door in Gatineau, QC, offering to pave my parking. He had an Irish accent. Advised me that many people on my street were using this business and I could get a good price. He started by saying he could do it for 7.5K, then 7K, then 6.5K. I said I needed to think about it. He gave me his card and told me he would return in a few hours. During this time, I searched their website (it doesn't exist), searched their company (doesn't exist), google searched the business address and it was a residential area. ********* returned (his partner *** was in the car. I came out and told him it was a no go, and advised I couldn't find anything about their company. *** came out of the car and said their website is down. He took my cellphone number and advised he would get back to me shortly and left. The truck he was driving did not have a company logo. I am uploading their business card.
