This is not a scam. I truly work at the Better Business Bureau and I am a Regional Consultant. If you got a call from me it was because of your business' good performance record. I have a FB page you can check out and I also encourage you to call first responders at the BBB directly for confirmation that I work there. Just google the BBB and call the 800 number there. They can direct you from there. Hope to speak to you soon.

Terra messaged my husband and I's facebook page where he posts pictures of the outdoor sectionals he build this past summer. She claims she is with the ScamPulse.com and wants to build our profile and accredit us. She sent my husband an email today with a link to fill out an accreditation form. (He did not click on it)

If she is not a scammer, than I apologize, but her demener and her way of messaging makes her really suspicious.
