Teriask.com - Do NOT order from this company!! Bait and switch tactics. Teriask.com advertised on Facebook selling DYI miniature lighted bookends to make. I ordered 2 of them. Waited about a month and received a cheap scarf and mirror compact (From China). When I emailed to report their mistake, I asked for a full refund and pre-paid return postage label to return the incorrect items. They said I could not get a refund until I paid to return the incorrect items AT MY OWN EXPENSE (Approx. $20 to send back to China). After objecting to this several times via email over a few days - pointing out it was THEIR ERROR, I ended up receiving only a 60% refund - so 40% of my payment was kept by them for a cheap scarf and mirror compact that I never ordered. Additionally, although the address for this company is listed as in the UK, the items, and the person replying to my email complaints were from China!
