Company was advertised on Instagram. I purchased four t-shirts with my credit card. After over a month I emailed them asking about my order because I never received my item. The shipping confirmation they sent was provided by customer care-VIP. I never received the package. Terdys claimed it was delivered according to the shipping company. Terdys further stated they will only refund me half of what I paid. I should be entitled to the entire amount. I verified the address which is correctly inputted.
