Ordered a clothing item Nov 7, 2022. The item has never been received. They provided a tracking number which shows the item was delivered to Camas, Wa on Dec 13, 2022. I live in California. I've written them multiple times to their email addresses [email protected] and [email protected]. These emails are never returned as undeliverable so they must have been received. The emails were written in January 2022 and no responses have ever been received. In reading their Facebook page I saw where another person is experiencing the same problem. They have no phone number or physical address to contact. The website is still available to order products. My status stills shows as ACTIVE while the tracking number they provided shows it delivered. I've requested a refund of my money since this purchase started Nov 7, 2022. Everything appears as though they are a legitimate site except you never receive your product after receiving an email stating the item has been shipped and after that they never respond to any written correspondence. I don't know of any other way to contact them. I'm going to pursue a Section 75 Clain and contact mt credit card company to see if anything can be done.
