Type of a scam Counterfeit Product
On May 10, 2019 I received my order in a small box; inside the box was a one (1) gallon Ziploc bag with some plant remnants in it. Clearly you can easily figure out a one-gallon Ziploc bag did not have 50 plants inside of it. I received fifteen (15) loose plants with the roots exposed (the plants were not in dirt). After taking these plants outside to put them into the ground and after a closer look at what I received I decided to take photos and call the company. I spoke with Rebecca on May14, 2019 about my dissatisfaction, my shortage of product and my request to be refunded for the plants I did not receive. Rebecca said she needed to speak with her management and call me back first thing the next day. Currently there is no word from Tennessee Wholesale Nursery. BOTTOM LINE, this is a scam, and of course after the fact, I see all the bad reviews and I have determined this company (who has constantly assumed many other business names) should be forced out of business and investigated for fraudulent practices.
