I received an email saying I had won a TEMU Mystery Box. I had to put in my debit card number for a small shipping feel which ended up being $49.95. I never received the Mystery Box. Then I was charged $147.99 for a subscription I never authorized. I called their Customer Service an spoke to Allie. She did issue me a refund but, it was only for 50% of the $147.99, I did not receive a refund for the $49.75. My total loss was $125.75 with NO MYSTERY BOX received. I should have know better!
