I paid for two pairs of cashmere lined leggings - Total purchase price was $65.

Received only one child sized (incorrect, requested womans) pair of leggings and never received the second pair.

The company is impossible to get a hold of and will not refund ANY money - Even for the leggings never delivered.

This is straight up criminal theft!

I ordered a pair of leggings for my wife. We used the size chart provided by the website and went a size larger as suggested. The pants were much poorer quality than advertised and way too small. The company offered a satisfaction guarantee, but when I contacted them for an exchange or refund, they said they would not since they sent the size ordered. I have seen multiple complaints for this same company and for the same product. Here is their "guarantee":

I ordered two pair of leggings from this site on 12/7/20. The description that kept popping up in my instagram was of "winter warm, plush, super stretchy, thick leggings". The picture shows lots of fluff on the inside of the pants; I was concerned that the size may not be accurate and was reluctant to order, but the site offered a size chart. My daughter took her measurements and ordered and paid for two pairs - one for my other daughter, as well as some warm socks. The order cost over $100.

The package arrived after Christmas and much to our alarm and disappointment, not only was the size for the pants beyond smaller than anything a grown woman could wear, but the insides of the pants lacked the desired fluff. There was just a white, thicker area up by the waistband.

I contacted the company several times in an attempt to return all of the items for a refund. (I had considered keeping the socks because they did seem to meet with the description, but after many failed attempts to get proper service, I decided to return everything).

My inquiry about needing a return resulted in my getting a confirmation of my order that was "now on the way". Oh no, were they going to charge me again for this inaccurate order? I received TWO of these confirmation emails on 1/13 and 1/14.

I emailed once again, changing the subject line to "Erroneous Order". I received an email back with the following message from Temptlife:

We need to contact with the warehouse to check the problem.

I again emailed asking how to be refunded for the items and received this response from Temptlife:

To express our sincerity, may we refund you $5 as compensation?

This website scammed me by advertising a product to sell(leggings). It took 1 month to arrive. After receiving product, the product was not the same as advertised. Leggings were of cheap material. I was trying to make a return and get a refund. But they wont let me return and wont issue a refund. I have tried multiple times but they brush you off like nothing. After, i have seen reviews and alot of people have been through this also. They are a scam by not selling you the products they advertise.

I purchased the women's leggings directly from the website for TEMPTLIFE.com. I was lured into making a clothing purchase with the advertised return policy as follows:

Fast Refund>100%Money-Back Guarantee. The items purchased did not fit and I attempted a simple exchange for a different size. That request was denied. I then asked for a full refund and was again denied.

Zero risk in buying and 100%satisfaction were empty and false advertising. I have reported this criminal activity to the Better Business Bureau.

Website retail online..purchased leggings and a hand held massage tool and it took 2 months to get to me in the midwest. Didn't know it was coming from China even though they have a "Front" in CA. I was in contact by email with them when it got delivered, literally and I replied a few minutes later that I need info on how to return it because they are legging for a child size person. They repeatedly say the few attempts made that I got what I ordered. They tried to tell me I was going against their return policy but I wasn't. $115 purchase.

I ordered 2 pair of leggings from Temptlife.com and they took over a month to arrive. When I received the leggings, the sizes were way smaller than the Temptlife.com website said, so I sent pictures of the leggings/measurements to [email protected] and asked for a replacements or a refund (there were also holes in the leggings). They refused to do either. I've since seen many, many of the same complaints on Trustpilot.com about Temptlife and seen multiple complaints about their company tied to Paypal... Hibernal Co, Ltd. This company is a scam. Also, shortly after I asked for the refund, the credit card I used for purchasing those leggings ended up being used for fraudulent purchases, so I'm assuming it was this company as well, stealing my credit card.

I ordered two pairs of cashmere leggings from this website advertised all over facebook and when received, they were nothing like what they showed on their website. I've tried contacting them about this issue and all they say is, "We will try our best to improve our products."

I feel I have been doped by this company that just wanted my money.

Absolute worst customer service and their website is incredibly misleading. The photo of the product I ordered was not the same as the product I got. When you try to return or exchange they give you the run around and eventually never do either. I submitting photos to them of the product vs what is shown on their website they refuse to exchange or refund. Even when your order clearly falls under their return policy in every way. Polyester material should be cashmere

I ordered Super Thick Cashmere Leggings from Temptlife and they took three weeks to arrive. Once they did, they look nothing like the photos on their website. I contacted them to find out how to return them. They have replied that I received the correct item (which I have not) but have given no return information. When you go to their website, there is no return address information. BEWARE OF PURCHASING ITEMS from this website. They are not reliable.

I ordered a pair of fleece leggings from their website after I saw an ad by them. After I got them and tried them on, they didn't fit and didn't portray any of the features their ad described or their product description on their website. I contact their support (email only, no phone) and they ask questions of if the product was correct. They tell me I can't have a refund because they sent the correct order. I have proof of their return policy and their satisfaction guaranteed. Their training is no where stated in anything. They refuse to return my money. It's a scam.

Saw on Instagram a product for sale-flee lined leggings. Ordered product and it arrived after several weeks. Product was order for my wife who is an adult, and the product would fit a small child. In the package was an email address for issues ([email protected]) and I emailed them asking how to return. They asked me to send pictures or video before they would do anything. I told them it was perverted to ask for pictures of an adult trying something on that was too small and would not sent. They refused to do anything without pictures. I went to their website and found this email address ([email protected]) and contacted them. It was the same response I got from the first email address. They asked for pictures or video and I told them it was perverted. I finally took the product out of the bag and sent a generic picture of their product. They responded with-it matches what you ordered so they would not do anything regarding a refund. They only provide refunds for quality issues. I told them the quality is poor and wanted a refund and they won't respond. The product they sent me doesn't match the picture. It is meant for an adult and will fit a small child.

Supplied a product that wasn't even close to the sizing on the website and when contacted for a refund or new size I was told they sent the size as advertised on their website and they cannot issue me a refund. Buyers beware. These pants barely made it over my wife's knees and she wears S/XS in most pants. Verbiage included below.

"We are sorry for this.

But we shipped according to your order, and did send the correct size you ordered,

So it won't be supported to return or exchange.

I purchased leggings from this company and they delivered leggings much smaller than they should be (child’s size) which don’t match the size charts at all. Would not accept return or exchange. Please look at the reviews for this company. Every review is 1 star and most want to give 0 stars. They are scammers. They are just collecting money for a product that is not what they advertise and won’t allow returns. The size chart shows inseam of 37” but pants inseam is actually 25”. The waist and hips size don’t match either. I didn’t lose a lot of money and don’t expect my money back I just want to shut down this business because they don’t deserve to operate. Many people have been cheated by this company if you read the reviews. Please put them out of business. Thank you!

The Supposed cashmere fleece lined leggings fit like they were made for a child, not an adult and the material was awful. Have been going back and forth over email trying to return the product and get a refund, but they are no help.

I bought a pair of leggings for my wife from this company. When I received the product, it was nothing like what was presented on their website. The fabric that is supposed to be so thick on the interior of the pants, was as thin as a cotton t-shirt.

Another part that is a scam is their 30 -day money-back guarantee. When I reached out to them to return the product and get my money back, they have refused and do not honor any money-back guarantee.

Saw a very legit looking ad on FB to buy fleece lined cashmere leggings, so I ordered one for my wifes christmas gift in november. a few weeks went by and i contacted them to find out the status. They sent a tracking number that gave no info as to what the status was, but a prompt response. Sent several more emails, with several more responses with the same info. Basically, they were blaming the USPS. The package finally arrived 12/28. what I recieved were a pair of plain sweatpants. No Cashmere, no fleece lining, and 3-4 sizes too small. I emailed them for a refund and they have not yet responded. There is no contact info, no return info. I was scammed. I went on Google to find reviews, and found many negative ones similar to my own complaints

Saw an ad on Instagram for some nice looking warm leggings. I purchased them for my girlfriend for Christmas around 12/1. They promised a 2 week delivery. I paid through pay pal and they said they will send an email when the product is shipped out. No sign of shipment so I sent them an email around 12/18. They said please be patient you will receive an email when the product has shipped. So I waited. I emailed them 2 more times and they responded with the same exact email. I even told them I would report them to the ScamPulse.com if I didn’t get more than a generic email so here I am reporting them. The PayPal went through to some Chinese place so just another scan from China.

I wish I would have searched Better Business Bureau before purchasing Winter leggings from this company for a friend. The product arrived very poorly made and in the wrong size. When I initiated a return (which was in accordance with their stated return policy) the company refused to issue a refund or allow returns. TemptLife is one of several seemingly identical companies marketing the same cheap products under different company names through Facebook - Vigor21, TemptLife, and several other varied names. Horrible experience. I've reported them to Facebook but don't expect much response there since they must be paying massive advertising fees through several different companies. Scam - stay away.

I saw insulated leggings from Temptlife on Instagram. They arrived but they are very small. When I contacted them to return them, they asked for a picture of the package, which I did. They replied they could refund $6. The return label says Wilwil, PO Box 6368, Rosemead, CA 91770.
