Received a text message offering a position with great pay, benefits, and work schedule. Was instructed to download Microsoft Teams for interview. Interviewer had a private profile and insisted on conducting interview via instant messenger. I was informed I was hired relatively easily and was never prompted to fill out an application or anything. They wanted to send me money to purchase office equipment to set up my home office. They did not want to send any onboarding paperwork or contact information until after I'd already set up my home office.
