This caller called me claiming he was a process server and I was being sued for a repossessed car I had literally 24 YEARS AGO. Caller left a voicemail message informing me "You have been served" and left a number to call back. Indian accent no less was my first red flag. This individual left a 1-855-582-0813 number to which I called and a lady with an american accent and attitude answered. She was rude and continued to verify my social security number, name and birthday which she had already. She proceeded to tell me the sheriffs would be at my house TODAY to serve me with papers stating I was being sued for this car 24 years ago that I had repossessed. She offered to settle for 10,000 $ today which is more than the car cost in 2001. She wished me good luck after I declined her generous offer and I hung up to call Ford Motor Credit.

Ford Motor Credit confirmed I have no legal pending action nor do I have a balance owed as statue of limitations exists thankfully in the United States.. I also went ahead and googled "Tellman & Associates" which do not exist in internet world. Beware
