This website sells fake Telfar bags. When they arrive, the bags are in plastic bag mailers, crushed and wrinkled, and exposed seam threads. The original manufacture would never sell the bags in this state. When I demanded a refund, they claimed there was nothing wrong, then asked if I would consider keeping the fake product in exchange for 4% refund as compensation. The conversations go in circles and they are very clearly not interested in refunding my money. They have my credit card information as a result of the purchase which is concerning.
