I was trying to purchase a Telfar bag for my daughter's birthday. I searched in google "telfar" and the first site that comes up is Telfar-store.com. I went to the site and all the logo and branding information is on the website. It looks completely ok. I made a purchase and then after telling my daughter I was able to get a bag on-sale and the one she wanted, she asked me to show her the site. That was when I knew it was counterfeit. We did look up the site on ScamPulse.com but did not find any warnings. I looked at articles about the company and could not find the official website listed anywhere. I asked the company to cancel the order because it had not even been picked up by the shipper for 5 days but they they asked me to wait. The bag arrived and confirmed my fears that the bag is counterfeit. My credit card company is asking me to communicate with the seller company to tell them the bag is counterfeit and ask for a refund before they will start a fraud investigation.
