All i know is hubby found this on his google news he read everyday and he thought it would be good to have. I went to the site and ordered 1 and then it had a deal ti get 2 and even 3 more for 19.99, so i ordered a 2nd for my brother for christmas. We used our bank card to pay for it and it was taken out in 2 seoerate amounts 45 and change and then 19.99. I took 3 screen shotsnof the whole order and payment and then we were tild that we would get an emaul with the tracking info within 24 hours and if not, contact them. I have tried calling and no answer and ive sent multiple emails and i get a generic responce and its the exact same response every time.
