I was under the impression that there is a refund for products unused within 30 days of receiving it. I asked for a refund it was not what I wanted, now because the product looks like it’s in good working condition they will not give me one. It does not state this in there refund policy and the video tutorials for this product is not accurate. It is not a Tyme Pro, and you can not adjust the temperature. My order receipt even says Tyme Iron Pro. I do not believe they are advertising correctly or following there own return policy.
